Who may use the Site
The Site is for visitors who wish to find out more about our business and for visitors who wish to purchase our products ("you") using this Site. The Site is intended to sell goods to consumers only and is specifically not intended for use by wholesalers, distributors, or other retailers.

If you have placed your order on-line, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details.
All prices on shirtclub.co.uk are correct at time of publishing.
We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate, however we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock and can be dispatched quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or upgraded item as a replacement, but if this is not to your satisfaction, you may cancel your order.
You will be able to select your delivery options and costs before you submit your credit card details. If you order offline you will be notified of delivery costs.
(3) VAT & Import Duty
Prices include VAT which is based on the current UK rate of 20%
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, your Country of Residency may impose an Import Duty which will be your responsibility to pay.
You can pay by any Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo or JCB card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted through Sage Pay payment gateway. Shirtclub.co.uk will not store any credit card details.
The prices displayed on our web site are in British pounds, you are also able to convert to USD or Euros via our connection to yahoo currency converter.
No money will be taken from your account until the garments are despatched. If the order is split and the goods are sent at separate times then you will only be charged for the items that have been despatched.
(5) UK Delivery
We aim to despatch all items within one to two working days from order receipt, stock permitting. When this is not possible we will contact you. If we are unable to include all items in one delivery, we will only charge you once for postage and packing. You can review our selection of delivery charges by clicking this link.
If you choose our next working day delivery service, your order must be placed before 1pm for a next working day delivery. Any next day orders received after 1pm will be carried over and despatched on the following working day. Our service is not guaranteed for a Saturday delivery.
* We cannot be held responsible for delays in receipt of goods due to unforeseen circumstances by the carriers

(7) No Quibble Returns Policy
This is exactly as it says. If you are not satisfied with your goods, simply return them to us within 28 days of purchase and we will either exchange or refund you, no questions asked (please note that items damaged through wear cannot be returned). We request that you use the pre-paid address label provided and enclose your delivery note, indicating the reason for the return.
You will then need to take the returned parcel with the pre-paid label attached to the parcel to your nearest post office. We recommend that you insure the returned items, as we cannot be held responsible for goods whilst in transit to us.
Please also retain proof of postage.
If you are returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly.

How the scheme works,
Once you the shopper makes your first purchase you will be given a unique account number, you can then start to accrue points. For every £10 you spend you will earn 1 point which equals £1, If the customer spends £100 on their first purchase they will earn 10 points which allows them to either spend £10 against their next purchase or to simply save in their account and add further points.
